those days I have learnt some chapter of a book called Fundamentals of performance technology.
the most important thing i have learnt is that: PT is a set of methods and procedures, and a strategy for solving problems.
maybe when you read the PT Model at the first time , you will take it as a common method to deal with the whole thing exist in the world. it means the PT Model is suitable for everything ,then as a result it will means nothing. but when i further my study ,i learnt that the PT is not only the common methods, it make us think something more scientifically and systemically.
it tell us if we want to solve some problem, we must deal with it in the whole , from multidimension.
it is the same that if we want to incorporate the technology into our class, we also should pay attention to the culture of the school, the managment also.
the PT model simplely like following:performance analysis--->cause analysis-->intervention selection and design-->intervention implementation and change-->evaluation
