第六章编写绩效目标

一、编写绩效目标概述

1.1此模块在模型中的地位
目标定义过程不作为整个教学设计模型的有机组成会出现两大问题。
1）问题是如果没有这样一个模型，教师将很难确定目标从何而来。
2）就是目标写好了后教师不知道怎么用。

1.2 此模块设计的基本概念
1.1 一些基本概念
教学目的（instructional goal）：描述了学习者在完成一段教学材料之后能够做什么，还描述了在学习环境之外学习者实际运用技能和知识的环境。
绩效目标（performance objective）：是学习者完成了一个教学单元后能够做什么的详细描述。等价于行为目标（behavioral objective）、教学目标（instructional objective）
学期目标（terminal objective）：描述了学习者完成一个教学单元后将能够做什么，完成学期目标的环境产生于学习环境之中，而不在现实世界里。学期目标产生于教学目的向绩效目标转换时。
从属目标：是描述从目标步骤分析出从属技能的目标

1.2 概念的相互关系
教学目的是关于学习者在应用环境里能够做什么的描述
学期目标是关于学习者在学习环境里能够做什么的描述
从属目标是关于学习者必须掌握的已达到学期目标的基本技能

二、目标的组成

目标有三个部分组成，每个部分都有特定的表示方法和要求

2.1 第一部分：行为
该部分为教学分析中确定的技能和行为，目标必须要描述学习者将能够做什么，这部分既有动作，也有内容和概念。
行为的描述应该时刻观察的，教师审核每个目标时要自问：“我能够观察到学习者在做这个吗？”同时，还应该表明这个动作的意义。

智慧技能	可以用“确定”(identify)、“分类”(classify)、“证明”(demonstrate)或“生成”(generate)这样的动词来描述。
心智运动技能	目标通常很容易用行为来表示（如跑、跳、或开车）
态度	通常会要求学习者做出某种选择，或者要学习者在不同的活动中做出选择。

注意：避免使用如“知道”、“理解”、“欣赏”这样的动词，因为它们太含糊了，这些动作往往无法观察

2.2 第二部分：条件
该部分描述了学习者完成任务时的条件。为了选择合适的条件，你既要考虑要显示的行为，也要考虑目标人群的特点，你还要区分各条件成分所能提供的功能。

l 这些功能包括说明
1）学习者用来在记忆中搜索信息的线索或刺激物；

例如:

条件行为

给出术语写出定义

给出定义写出术语名

给定术语和一组定义选出最合适的定义

给出概念的图示写出所画的概念及其定义

给出术语列举其物理特性

给出术语列举其功能或角色

2）完成任务所需要的资源材料的特点；

这样的资源材料包括如下几类：（1）图示，如表格、图表、插图等；（2）书面材料，如报告、故事或报纸文章等；（3）实物，如石头、树叶、胶片、机器或工具等；（4）参考资料，如字典、手册、数据库、课本或网页等。

3）任务的范围和复杂度，以及与现实世界应用环境的相关性和可信度。

例如：

1．给定一张本地地图，图上有不超过六个指定地方，……
2．给定一张本地地图，图上有不超过12个指定地方，每个地点相隔都在1英寸，地图有定位网格、索引和比例尺，其中比例尺1英寸相当于1英里，……
3．给定某城市的正规地图,……
这些条件使得同一任务具有不同的复杂度，因而更适合不同的人群。

4) 辅助知识和技能从教学环境迁移到应用环境

注意：为心智运动技能和态度选择定义条件是很需要技巧的，而且合适的条件往往在教学环境下和考试环境下都难以实现。正因为如此，有时候教学需要模拟。在模拟的情形下，设计师必须牢记这时态度的演示是打了折扣的。

2.3 第三部分：标准

该部分描述用来评估学习者表现的评判标准

1）各种学习类型的标准描述方法

智慧技能和言语信息

1）准确的答案

2）标准就是关于可接受答案的范围。

3）标准应该包含答案中必须出现的信息或要素，怎样才算答案足够精确之类的信息。

4）对于比较复杂的答案，可能需要答案要素的核查表，作为判断一个回答是否可接受的标准。

心智运动技能

用到核查表，在其中列出所期望的行为，往往还需要纪录速度或限制时间。在技能完成时的身体外观描述可能也要包括（如，手在钢琴键盘上的位置）。

态度目的

合理的评判取决于所观察到的行为特点、被观察时的环境、目标人群的年龄这样一些因素。

注意：避免专家简单确定

2）对复杂产品的多角度评价

例如：学习者的目的是要制作能坐的椅子。

评价：从形式方面，评判标准可能包括是不是遵守某个结构化规则；从功能或目的角度，评判包括传达主题信息、说服读者，或提供适当的指导。与质量和美学有关的标准包括清晰度、兴趣价值、时间逻辑和过渡、创造性等。

三、目标编写过程

编写一个目标的过程是：

1）修改教学目的以反映最终应用环境

2）编写学期目标反映学习环境

3）为目的分析中确定的每个步骤（无子步骤的）编写目标

4）为每个子步骤写目标或只写上层步骤的目标（目标与评测设计和教学内容一一对应）

5）为所有从属技能编写目标

四、评价目标

评价方法：
1）计师要通过问“我是否能设计出一道题或一项任务，用它来判断学习者是否能成功地完成目标中所描述的”
2) 可以用两句或三句话来恰当地描述你的目标，并没有要求目标陈述只能用一句话。

五、目标用途

对于设计师来说，目标是设计过程的有机组成，它们是将教学分析中的技能转换为在教学完成后学习者要能做什么完整描述的手段，目标还是设计师和考试设计专家准备考试题和教学策略时的输入文档，重要的是设计师要尽可能详细地了解这些活动。
在教学准备好了开始使用之后，目标可用于师生之间的沟通，说明要从材料中学什么。
