第五章分析学习者和环境

一、学习者分析
1.1 目标人群与试验学习者
1）目标人群是对广泛可能的用户群的抽象描述，如大学生、五年级学生、或成年人。
2）试验学习者则是设计师在开发教学时用来测试教学的人。
3）试验学习者属于目标人群，设计者在为目标人群设计教学的时候，试验学习者作为目标人群的代表，帮助设计者计划教学，在教学开发后确定教学效果。

1.2 有关目标人群的信息
1）入门技能：
目标人群在进入教学之前就应该已经掌握了一些与学习该目标有关的技能。
分析方法：参考Richey(1992)的著作
2）对该领域已有的知识：
学习者对于要教的内容已经知道了什么。
3）对教学内容和将采用的传递系统的态度：
学习者对于要学的内容可能已有印象或持有某种态度，甚至对于该如何教也有自己的看法。
4）学习动机
分析方法：Keller的ARCS模型（attention注意力、relevance关联性、confidence自信心和satisfaction满足感），在策略一节中讲述
5）学业能力水平：确定学习者的受教育程度和基本能力水平。
6）学习偏好：
了解目标人群的学习技能和偏好，以及他们是否愿意探索学习的新方式。
7）对提供教学机构的态度：
他们对该机构的管理和专家是持积极、建设性的态度，还是对主要领导人及他们提供合适教学的能力持怀疑态度？
8）群体特征
第一类信息是目标人群在重要变量上的异质度，显然，找出适应人群分化的教学方法很重要。第二类信息是对目标人群的整体印象，这个印象必须建立在与目标人群的直接交流基础上。

1）管理/监督支持
研究表明在一个新的环境下（称为培训的迁移）运用新技能的最大动力就是学习者能受到支持。如果没有管理方面的支持，那么设计师（或者培训机构）就增加了一个要解决的问题：即要寻求支持。
2）实施点的物理条件
这些技能的运用是否需要设备、设施、工具、时间或其他资源？
3）实施点的社会环境
在分析社会因素方面，可以问如下的问题：学习者会单独工作还是会作为小组成员一起工作？他们是独立工作吗？会不会在员工会议上或者在领导面前阐述观点？所学的技能在本单位是否已有人熟练掌握了，还是他们是第一批人？
4）与工作环境相关的技能
判断对新技能的运用是否存在物理条件、社会环境或动机方面的限制，物理条件方面的限制诸如缺乏办公场地、过时的设备、时间安排不合适、人手太少等等。

考虑的问题就是培训环境对工作环境的模拟程度。
3）在教学点运用多种教学策略和教学传递方式的合理性[汪老师的翻译为“适应性”]
4）可能影响教学设计和传递的限制。

四学校环境分析
1）建议你通过对学习者、教师和典型的教室环境进行上述分析来重新认识这一切，还建议超越现行的教材和课程大纲。
2）了解所学知识和技能在校外运用情况。分析学习者为什么要学这些技能？
五、教学分析的修改和评价
教学分析修改和评价有两种方法：
1）找符合目标人群特征的人，与每个人单独交谈，解释所做的分析是什么，陈述目的，说明一个人要能达到目的需要能做什么，你可以举例说明完成这些步骤的过程，然后解释每个从属技能如何支持目的中的各个步骤，解释入门技能的含义，了解这个人是否知道或是否能够完成你的教学中所列举的所有入门技能。
2）向工作环境的主管解释你的材料，征求他们的意见，这些主管会从内容专家和实施方便性的角度提出建议，这些来自目标学习者和主管的意见会有助于你在进入设计过程的下一阶段之前进行教学分析的修改，设计过程的下一阶段是写绩效目标和评估，该阶段的活动完全依赖于教学分析得到的信息。
