今天听了西北理工大学校长、著名华裔教授——谢佐齐老师的精彩演讲，颇有感悟，收获有二。
首先从报告的形式和风格来说，教会我们怎样与人进行有效的交流。
谢老师一改往常的报告模式，使用了随身携带的麦克，开场幽默机智的谈吐立刻把全场的气氛调动起来，用自己的言传身教，演示了怎样与学生沟通，怎样做一名优秀的教师。做老师最重要的，可能首先是要有与学生沟通的能力。谢老师在这里还提出了一个感性沟通的概念。
怎样与人沟通？重视你面对的个体，从对方的角度思考，什么是他感兴趣的？我要用他感兴趣的方式来表达我的内容。善于抓住对方兴趣点的演讲者，就是一个好的演讲者。
从报告的内容来说，谢老师的报告标题是《目标导向与人才培养》，提出了人才培养的几个层面，以目标为导向，培养那种focus的人才，而不是narrow的人才。针对社会对职业的需求，定位学校的教学方法，培养方案。培养的学生不一定是要全面的一流的人才，但是可以是这个方面的the first class!~
