感觉很轻松

今天区里的公开课终于上好了，自我感觉还可以（就是有点紧张），有近40位老师来听课。为了这次公开课，准备近两三个星期，不过自己感觉到上公开课对自己确实是一种挑战和提高，通过这次公开课自己也学到了很多，自己对课堂教学有了新的认识，的确教学是一门艺术，无止境!!课上好了，感觉很轻松！

So I just saw this unreal site. It had these co-eds...that can't possibly be real chicks?!?!?!
But there were so many unbelieveable lesbian movies to check out. I mean hot and crazy horny college chicks.
They seemed to not get enough from their boyfriends, so would do each other in the dorms as well. Who would have thought?

能否把你上公开课的资料放到这里，让大家共享一下。因为你毕竟准备了一些时间，应该是我们学习怎样更好地设计教学的榜样吧！
