上海高校教育技术学专业研究生学术交流会总结

上海高校教育技术学专业研究生学术交流会(ETAC)于2003年12月14日在上海师范大学胜利举行。从会后各方面反馈的情况来看，这是一次成功的学术交流会，是一次教育技术领域的盛会，在上海乃至全国都产生了较大的影响。作为活动的组织者，我们怀着愉快的心情来回顾和反思这次交流会的全过程，权且作为此次活动的一个总结，并为以后类似活动的开展提供参考借鉴的价值。
l 创意篇（灵感闪现，当机立断）
11月的某一天，上海师范大学教育技术系03级研究生课堂上，黎加厚老师正和同学们开展头脑风暴，讨论知识管理和BLOG平台的问题。讨论过程中，黎老师提到华东师范大学的研究生同学正在研究博客的教育应用，于是有同学提议邀请华东师范大学的研究生朋友到我们上海师大来做客，共同探讨教育技术领域的新问题。这个提议得到了大家的一致赞同，黎老师当即分配任务，要求窦荣军同学开始着手准备此次交流会......
(感悟一：在学习生活中，我们经常会有许多的灵感和创造性的想法，但我们没有抓住，让他们一瞬即逝。是我们太过现实，还是我们没有行动的勇气呢？)
l 筹备篇（未雨绸缪，万事俱备）
正如阳一所说：“虽然我们同处一个城市，但是我们却很少有机会交流，我们彼此的学习和研究都是比较孤立的，在一个越来越小的地球上，我们都意识到了交流、协作是发展的基础。”我们意识到这次交流会的重要意义，都怀着一种迫不及待的心情希望这次交流会能尽快召开。课后，大家马上召开了一个简短的会议，明确了思想，下定了决心，并开始分头行动。
第一步：抓紧和各兄弟院校的同行取得联系。我们通过与在华东师范大学读研的老同学取得联络，转告了我们的想法，并立刻得到了他们的赞同和支持。与此同时，上海外国语大学的同学也获悉了此次会议，表示乐意参加。在得到了两个兄弟院校的支持后，我们倍受鼓舞，决定把交流会做大，于是在黎老师的牵头下，我们又联系上了上海交通大学，第二军医大学，上海中医药大学，这些学校的教育技术老师和学生都对此次交流会表示兴趣和期待，都给我们提供了大力的支持和协作。在整个筹备过程中，大家纷纷出谋划策，贡献自己的IDEA，提出建设性的意见。可以说这次活动从开始筹备就体现了各个学校的团结和协作。
(感悟二:要有与时俱进的眼光,敢于尝试,敢于做大,因为:First you must try!)
第二步：确定活动内容。在确定与会的院校后，我们通过协商，并借鉴北京高校教育技术研究生联谊会的经验，本着以学术交流为中心的思想，由各个学校准备主题发言，介绍各个学校在教育技术方面的的研究方向和最新成果。在这里，我们要感谢各个学校主题发言的同学和联络员同学，他们精心准备了发言,作了精彩的主题报告，及时向所在学校的同学通报了活动的安排和计划，使每个同学都对此次活动有了详细的了解和准备。
第三步：争取苏州瑞博网络科技公司的大力赞助。瑞博公司在得知此次交流会的计划后表现出浓厚的兴趣。作为教育软件特别是数字化教学平台的开发者，瑞博公司很早就全力地投身于教育事业，是我们教育行业，特别是教育技术行业的合作伙伴，他们的产品是我们的理论科研成果应用于实践的结果。“如果把理念和理论科研成果物化为产品”也是本次交流会上的一个重要议题。瑞博公司为此次交流会提供了费用和纪念品，为我们这次交流会胜利召开的提供了支助，在此我们向他们表示感谢。
(感悟三：“经济基础决定上层建筑。”任何学术活动都需要经费的支持，瑞博公司为我们的这次活动提供了经费的保障，同时宣传了他们的产品,这是一举两得的事情。更重要的是，这次合作为如何使理论研究转化为产品，如何使教育技术的研究真正促进中小学的教学等问题提供了很好的解决方式。)
第四步：扩大影响,寻求支持.通过黎加厚老师，我们联系上了中国电化教育杂志社和电化教育研究杂志社，他们纷纷发来贺信，并表示愿意优先发表此次交流会的论文。另外，中国教育技术协会，外语电化教育杂志社，教育传播与技术杂志社都发来贺信或派人参加此次会议，对会议表示了关注和支持。众多知名杂志社的参与和支持，拉近了研究生与专业杂志社之间的距离，为以后的学术合作打下了基础，为同学们将来的论文发表和就业等方面铺平了道路。
第五步：各项会务准备。从活动场地、活动宣传到活动的各项服务，我们都组织人员进行了具体的安排。在这里要忠心地感谢上师大所有03级教育技术系的研究生。他们将近一个星期的辛勤准备和通力协作保证了这次会议的圆满举行。
（感悟四：“团结就是力量。”这次活动我们真正体会了一个团结、合作的集体的重要性。在这个协作的时代，团队精神和合作意识是我们以后学习工作中不可缺少的品质。）
l 实施篇（紧张有序，意犹未尽）
12月14日下午一点半，各个学校的代表陆续入场，大家脸上都写满了期待和兴奋。在《同一首歌》的歌声中，上海师范大学黎加厚老师宣布此次交流会正式开幕。接下来，梅家驹老先生对我们发表了语重心长的讲话，讲述了他们老一代电教工作者艰苦创业、开创我国电教事业从无到有的局面的故事，并对我们新一代的教育技术工作者提出了殷切的希望。接下来的会议在豆豆和火火两位主持人的灵活安排和穿针引线下按照预定的计划有条不紊的进行：欢快的律动、亲切的相互签名和滑稽的游戏使同学们无拘无束，尽展青春的风采，既活跃了气氛又拉近了心灵。精彩的主题发言、热烈的专题讨论和隆重的大会宣言，秉承了学术交流的中心思想，促进了专业的碰撞和交流，为以后的协作和发展提供了基础。下午6点，交流会在《一生有你》的歌声中闭幕。会后，全体代表共进了晚餐。在晚餐时，大家尽情地举杯欢笑，激情畅谈，全场气氛达到最高点......大约8点，晚餐结束，与会代表陆续乘车回各自学校。另外，有部分同学参加了我们准备的联谊舞会，让一天的疲劳在舞曲中得到尽情的释放......
(感悟五:八十岁的梅先生也随着我们的音乐一起律动,这证明了主持人调动气氛的艺术和能力.我想，如何在学生课堂中创设具有吸引力的情景和教学环境,如何让学生全体参与到学习过程中来是我们应该好好研究的课题.)
l 成果篇（开创局面，期待更好）
会议圆满结束，形成了以下会议成果：
第一，发表了题为《协作与创新，为教育技术的明天共同行动 ——上海高校教育技术学专业研究生协作宣言》的大会宣言，为以后的合作提供了机制的保障。
第二，获得了在中国电化教育杂志和电化教育研究等杂志社优先发表会议论文的权利。
第三，《教育传播与技术》杂志社向参加学术交流会的全体代表免费赠送以后的所有杂志。
第四，形成了上海高校教育技术学专业研究生学术交流会与会代表通讯录。
第五，开通了本次交流会的专用BLOG平台：www.jeast.net/etac ,为信息的交流和成果的共享提供了网络支持.
第六，初步取得了同瑞博公司的某些合作意向。
本次会议在各位专家、老师，各高校教育技术专业的研究生以及各杂志社、媒体、企业的大力支持下取得了圆满的成功。我们希望能以这次交流会作为一个窗口，以我们形成的大会宣言作为合作纲领，加强协作与沟通，推动上海高校教育技术研究生学术交流与合作，促进上海高校教育技术事业的发展。
“贺岁精英迎盛会，研讨教技千百回。究问前程何处有，生逢茂世待腾飞。”曹先生的这首小诗还历历在目，时刻给我们以启示。在研讨教育技术的道路上，我们还任重道远。为了教育技术事业辉煌的明天，为我们自己的腾飞，让我们并肩前进吧！

辛苦准备了一个多月，总算有了结果，仔细想想，还是有很多地方考虑得不够周到，但愿这份能对以后的活动提供一些借鉴。
