教师如何才能成长为研究型教师？
要心中有梦想；
要能够坐得住冷板凳；
要有勤奋的工作态度；
要有坚持不懈的奋斗；
要准备付出；
要有比较敏锐的捕获信息的能力；
要有一定的社交能力；
要能够承受较大的压力。
考虑到黎老师非常关心教师成长问题，我根据自己的体会写出了上面的东西。在这里和大家交流，也是对自我的一个总结和促进。希望能够得到更多的帮助。

这使我想起一句话，老师就象生活在一个透明的鱼缸里，学校领导、家长、学生都在鱼缸外看着，恩，，，有压力/
特别是在信息化时代，怎样做个信息化时代的研究型教师就显得十分有意义。
齐老师做得很好，您的研究和发展的过程，本身就可以指导一部分信息时代研究型教师的成长。：）
附：齐伟老师您能不能把您的发展写成一个反思故事，这样就很便于大家学习了。针对主要的矛盾冲突和转折来写。。呵呵，只是建议，我是很想知道的：）

抓住机会，赢得承认
在上个世纪90年代中期，计算机还没有大量普及，或者说在学校里面还没有“平民化”，还是部分人的特有办公用品，刚刚进入学校教书的我开始了“计算机辅助教学”的探索。当时学校里面大量的是386、486计算机，是基于DOS操作系统的，我的CAI是从用C语言编写“单摆”开始的。当时学校里有3、4台可以运行win95的“奔腾”级别的计算机，但是不是每个普通老师都能用的，那时只有几个被认为是优秀的老师才能用的。我当然没有这个福分了。但是，向来以“脸皮厚”自诩的我开始和一个老师接触，跟随她，看她用什么做“课件”（当时她用director），我感觉比我用c语言要简单多了，于是看着她做就偷偷的学，当她有事情走开时就抓紧时间用一下win95（当时感觉太高级了，比DOS好多了）。这样过了一段时间我居然能够用director制作了一个机械波的课件。然后又争取上了一节公开课。此后还是利用这些时间做了几个课件，并且参加了一次全国型的会议，这次会议使我受到了很大鼓励，同时在会上还结识了现在的好友：邱法文、韩建光两位老师。此后我开始受到了学校的重视，并且也用自己的成绩争取到用高级计算机的机会了。这样我就开始了“CAI”，后来又进行了“信息技术和课程整合”等。
很多周围的老师都问我如何开始做到现在这样的，我总是说“赶上了新时代”。的确如此，信息技术为我们每个人的发展提供了广阔的舞台，它不迷信权威，不论资排辈，不看出身贵贱，只看你的能力、你的热情、你的创意和你的毅力。
